This beautiful toy poodle, "Chuy" was created in the likeness of the customer's best friend of the same name. Her body and fur were hand sculpted using individual strokes for each strand of fur for texture. I added a hand made collar with a metal heart pendant with glass crystals adding to her feminine physique.
As with all my creations, this is a handmade, signed, one-of-a-kind sculpture that can be copied, but not duplicated. Each piece is lovingly hand formed, mosaics pieces are individually hand-cut, meticulously arranged, and the glazes are applied with three to six coats to achieve the best color enhancement.
