Most of my art at this point has been focused on the detail in the sculpting or mosaics of each piece. I wanted to try a new line of work where the details were in the pattern of the glazes. This is the first of my new underglaze series where I sculpted the cat in a simple cartoonistic sitting fashion while applying a fun vine designs with matching whimsical colors on his eyes, nose and long lucious white wire whiskers.
As with all my creations, Tatty is a handmade, one-of-a-kind sculpture that can be copied, but not duplicated. Each piece is lovingly hand formed, as well as hand glazed with three to six coats to achieve the best color enhancement.

When ordering a similar piece, please note it will take up to two months to complete because of drying time for the clay. Because each piece is a unique, handmade piece of art, with no molds used, they will vary slightly in appearance. A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit will be required upfront.
